The
first phase of our process starts with our Pre-Construction Services.
During this phase we work directly with our customers to determine their
systems needs and performance requirements such as system redundancy and
initial cost versus operating cost.
The
Conceptual Design & Budgeting Phase is the most critical phase to
any project. It is during this process in which Mechanical Systems offers
the largest benefit to our customers. Our ability to provide cost effective,
real-life solutions that correctly identifies equipment needed to optimize
the system performance and reduce energy cost provides our customers with
essential value engineering information in order to make quality, informed
decisions.
The
Construction Phase is where a Mechanical System customer begins earning
a return on their investment. Our 43 years of construction experience
provides a timely path to a quality and exact installation. Mechanical
Systems continues to provide valuable cost control, value engineering
and project scheduling through our project management to minimize interruptions
to existing operations and to ensure there are no surprises.
